Managing Your Subscription
Cancel or Pause Anytime – There are no long-term commitments. You can cancel at any time without losing access until the end of your current billing cycle.
No Need to Disconnect Your Shop – If you pause or cancel your subscription, you do not need to disconnect your shop from Vela.
Billing Management – To update or cancel your subscription:
Click “Account Settings” in the lower-left corner of the screen.
Select “Billing” to manage subscriptions for each shop.
Update your billing information if needed.
