Vela offers a single subscription tier that includes all features for all users. Subscription costs are billed monthly on a per-shop basis, with pricing determined by listing count.

Secure Payments & Data Protection

  • Powered by Stripe
    Vela uses Stripe, a globally trusted payment platform, ensuring your financial data is kept secure and private.

  • No Credit Card Storage
    Vela does not store your payment details. All transactions are securely processed through Stripe.

Managing Your Subscription

  • Cancel or Pause Anytime – There are no long-term commitments. You can cancel at any time without losing access until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No Need to Disconnect Your Shop – If you pause or cancel your subscription, you do not need to disconnect your shop from Vela.

  • Billing Management – To update or cancel your subscription:

    1. Click “Account Settings” in the lower-left corner of the screen.

    2. Select “Billing” to manage subscriptions for each shop.

    3. Update your billing information if needed.
