Upgrading your Vela subscription gives you full access to all features, allowing you to efficiently manage and edit your listings. Vela’s pricing is based on the number of listings in your shop, so your subscription cost is automatically determined by your shop’s listing count. Follow the steps below to subscribe or upgrade your shop.
How to Upgrade Your Subscription in Vela
1. Open the Billing Section
Click the profile picture icon in the lower-left corner of Vela to open Account Settings.
Select the Billing tab to view your shop’s subscription status.
2. Find the Shop You Want to Upgrade
In the Billing section, you’ll see all your connected shops, including:
Listing count (determines pricing)
Monthly fee (if applicable)
Next billing date (if subscribed)
3. Upgrade to a Paid Subscription
If your shop is not subscribed, click Upgrade next to the shop you want to subscribe.
Vela will automatically assign your shop to the correct pricing tier based on the number of listings in your store.
Click Confirm Upgrade to activate your subscription.
4. Subscription Activation
Your shop will now be subscribed and fully activated.
Your monthly billing cycle will begin, and your next payment due date will be displayed in the Billing section.
How to Reactivate a Shop Subscription
If your free trial has ended or you previously unsubscribed from a shop, you can resubscribe at any time:
Go to Account Settings > Billing.
Find the unsubscribed shop and click Upgrade.
Click Confirm Upgrade, and your shop will be re-activated with full access.
Understanding Vela’s Subscription Model
Pricing is based on listing count – The more listings you have, the higher your subscription tier.
All paid subscriptions have full access – There are no feature limitations based on price.
