If you no longer wish to keep a shop connected to Vela, you can disconnect it at any time. Vela subscriptions are flexible, with no long-term commitments. If you cancel midway through a billing cycle, you will retain access to Vela until the end of the current cycle. After that, access will be restricted until you resume your subscription.
How to Disconnect a Shop
Go to Account Settings (bottom-left corner of the screen).
Click on “Billing” to manage your subscriptions.
Locate the shop you want to disconnect.
Choose the option to cancel or pause the subscription for that shop.
Updating Billing Information
You can also update payment details and subscription settings in the Billing section.
Each shop’s subscription is managed individually, so you can disconnect one shop while keeping others active.
Once disconnected, the shop will no longer sync with Vela, but you can reconnect it anytime by adding it back to your account.
