Yes, you can transfer a shop from one Vela account to another. Since a shop can only be connected to one Vela account at a time, it must be removed from the current account before being added to a new one.

How to Transfer a Shop to a Different Vela Account

  1. Remove the Shop from the Current Account

    • Log into the Vela account that currently has the shop connected.

    • Navigate to Account Settings (bottom left icon).

    • Click on “Billing” to manage your subscriptions.

    • Locate the shop you want to disconnect.

    • Choose the option to cancel or pause the subscription for that shop.

  2. Connect the Shop to the New Account

    • Sign in to the desired Vela account (or create a new one).

    • Click “Add Shop” from the store-selector drop-down (top-left) or bottom-left menu.

    • Follow the connection process to link the shop to the new Vela account.
