Yes, you can transfer a shop from one Vela account to another. Since a shop can only be connected to one Vela account at a time, it must be removed from the current account before being added to a new one.
How to Transfer a Shop to a Different Vela Account
Remove the Shop from the Current Account
Log into the Vela account that currently has the shop connected.
Navigate to Account Settings (bottom left icon).
Click on “Billing” to manage your subscriptions.
Locate the shop you want to disconnect.
Choose the option to cancel or pause the subscription for that shop.
Connect the Shop to the New Account
Sign in to the desired Vela account (or create a new one).
Click “Add Shop” from the store-selector drop-down (top-left) or bottom-left menu.
Follow the connection process to link the shop to the new Vela account.
