How can I delete an account or shop from Vela?

You can pause or cancel your Vela subscription for specific shops anytime through your billing settings.

You have the flexibility to pause or cancel your Vela subscription for specific shops at any time. There is no need to delete a Vela account or remove a shop unless you plan to connect it to a different Vela account.

How to Unsubscribe a Specific Shop from Vela:

  1. Log in to your Vela account.

  2. Click on your user logo in the lower left-hand corner of the screen.

  3. Select Billing from the sidebar menu.

  4. Click the Manage button to adjust the subscription for each individual shop.

  5. Click Unsubscribe for the shop you wish to remove

🚨 Important: Your subscription for that shop will remain active until the end of your billing period. You can resubscribe anytime in the future.
