Can I connect a shop to more than one Vela account?

Each shop can only be connected to one Vela account at a time. If a shop is already connected to another Vela account, you can remove the shop from the current Vela account and reconnect it to a new one.

Reconnecting a Shop to a Different Vela Account

  1. Log into the Vela account that currently has the shop connected.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings and remove the shop from the account.

  3. Sign in to the desired Vela account (or create a new one).

  4. Click “Add Shop” from the store-selector drop-down (top-left) or bottom-left menu.

  5. Follow the connection process to link the shop to the new Vela account.
