Vela allows you to copy listings within the same shop, making it easy to create new listings based on existing ones. This feature is useful for sellers who want to duplicate a listing and make slight modifications, such as changing a title, photo, or price.
How to Copy a Listing Within the Same Shop
Copying a Single Listing
Go to the Listings page in Vela.
Hover over the listing you want to copy.
Click Copy on the far right side.
The copied listing will appear in the Copy tab on the left-hand menu.
Make any necessary edits and publish the listing.
Copying Multiple Listings (Bulk Copying)
Go to the Listings page.
Select multiple listings you want to copy.
Click the Copy icon at the top of the page (next to the Delete icon).
The copied listings will appear in the Copy tab for review and edits.
Once all edits are complete, publish them individually or in bulk.
Editing & Publishing Copied Listings
Copied listings appear in the Copy tab, where you can edit them before publishing.
Listings that are ready for publishing are marked with a green badge.
If any required fields are missing, the listing will have a red badge indicating that fixes are needed before publishing.
