Exporting reports and CSV files from your shop in Vela allows you to download and manage your listing data in spreadsheet format. This makes it easy to review, update, or import listings back into Vela.
Steps to Export a CSV File
1. Access the Listings Page
Log into Vela and go to the Listings section.
If you manage multiple shops, select the shop you want to export data from.
2. Select Listings to Export
Use filters or manually select the listings you want to include in the CSV file.
You can export all listings, specific categories, or a custom selection.
3. Export the CSV File
Click Export in the toolbar.
Enter the email address where you want to receive the CSV file.
Click Confirm Export to start the process.
4. Download the File
The CSV file will be emailed to you within minutes.
Open your email and look for a subject line like "Your Vela CSV Export is Ready".
Click the Download link to save the file to your computer.
