Vela allows you to easily organize your Etsy listings into sections using the bulk editor. You can assign products to existing Etsy sections or create new sections directly in Vela. Once updated, these changes will automatically sync to your Etsy shop.
How to Bulk Edit Etsy Sections in Vela
1. Open the Bulk Editor
Select the listings you want to organize from the main Listings page in Vela.
Click Edit to open the Bulk Editor.
2. Assign Listings to an Existing Section
In the Bulk Editor, click Listings in the left-hand menu.
Click Sections to open the Section Editor.
In the drop-down menu, you’ll see all of your pre-existing Etsy sections.
Select the section you want to assign the listings to.
Click Apply, then click Sync Updates to save your changes and update your Etsy shop.
3. Create a New Section in Vela
If you need a new section that doesn’t already exist in your Etsy shop:
In the Section Editor, open the drop-down menu.
Type the name of your new section (e.g., "Sale Items").
Click Add to create the section.
Click Apply, then Sync Updates to finalize the changes.
Your new section will automatically sync to Etsy.
Editing Sections for Individual Listings
Even in bulk edit mode, you can individually adjust sections for specific listings.
Simply uncheck a listing that shouldn’t be in the selected section and manually assign it to a different one.
