If you have canceled your Vela subscription but are still being billed, it may be due to an incomplete cancellation process. Simply removing the app from Shopify or Vela does not automatically unsubscribe you from billing.
How to Ensure Your Subscription is Canceled Properly
Go to Account Settings – Click “Account Settings” in the lower-left corner of your screen.
Select Billing – Navigate to the Billing section to view your active subscriptions.
Cancel Your Subscription – Follow the prompts to fully unsubscribe.
Confirm Cancellation – Ensure you receive confirmation that your subscription has been canceled.
If you have properly canceled but are still being charged, or if you believe there is a billing issue, our support team is happy to investigate and resolve the issue. In some cases, a refund may be provided if an error on our end occurred.
