1. Rate Limit Issues
You may encounter a rate limit issue when trying to upgrade your account or update a large number of listings at once. To resolve this:
Wait for 24 hours and try again.
Make updates in smaller batches, ideally fewer than 500 listings at a time.
If you have profiles with many listings connected, try to limit each profile to no more than 500 listings.
If the issue persists, refresh your browser and attempt the upgrade again.
2. Shop Removed from Etsy or Shopify
If your shop has been removed from your channel, you’ll need to reconnect it to Vela:
Sign back into Vela.
Select your shop.
Click “Reconnect Shop.”
3. Browser Cookie-Related Issues
If you're experiencing an error when connecting a new shop, it could be due to a cookie-related issue causing redirections. Try these steps:
Sign out of your current shop before attempting to connect the new one.
Use an incognito or private browsing window to sign into Vela and connect the new shop.
